Tooltip position above tap click in ipad

Hi Team
I have created GanttChart/ table in ipad and on tap click tooltip is not coming.
I have used Mobile js and radiantQ js of these version.
jquery.mobile-1.4.0.min.js
RadiantQ-jQuery.Gantt.3.51.min.js

And when I am removing mobile js tooltip comes but it's position is not above the tap click.
but mobile.js is mandatory to use. Can you suggest how to fix it?
I want tooptip postion above the tap click.

For your reference I am sending you both js/ css files used.
